• PT: Adicione 1 colher de chá (aprox. 2 g) em 240 mL de água fervente. Tampe e deixe em infusão por 10 a 15 minutos. Coe antes de consumir.

• EN: Add 1 tsp (approx. 2 g) to 8 fl oz (240 mL) of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain before drinking.
